Lucy rocked a pair of black headphones which she wore around her neck and stopped to get her eye make-up touched up so she could party the night away with no issues.
The actress was joined at the event by the likes of Nelly Furtado who showed off her incredible figure in a dark red lace-up dress.
Nelly, 45, stars in the film as herself alongside is Justin H. Min, who shot to fame in the critically acclaimed Netflix show The Umbrella Academy.
The Greatest Hits is an American romantic fantasy film following Lucy as Harriet Gibson, who discovers certain songs can transport her back in time.
Lucy posed with Justin, 34, who wore a smart black suit, and fellow co-star Austin Crute who wore a dramatic muscle suit.
Austin is a reality star-turned-actor having appeared in music competition Majors & Minors as a teen, then Olivia Wilde's directorial debut Booksmart four years later.
Completing the group on the carpet was the film's director and writer Ned Benson, 47, who wore a white linen shirt.
Beginning to reunite with her co-stars, Lucy and Justin laughed as they wrapped an arm around each other.
